Housing + Trades
A four-stage pipeline from stable housing to credentialed trade careers. Six tracks — construction, solar, plumbing, cosmetology, nursing/healthcare, and auto/mechanic — building real skills for the workforce.
Digital Skills Pilot
6-month intensive with two tracks: Web Development and Digital Media & Marketing. 80% job placement within 60 days of completion. Average starting salary $35,000–$45,000/year. Built for opportunity youth ready to enter the digital economy.

Transcend Horizons is building evidence-based, scalable programming across California and Nevada.
Resume building, interview prep, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. Serves all youth before specializing.
6-month intensive with two tracks: Web Development and Digital Media & Marketing.
Intake and care coordination for foster, justice-involved, and homeless youth. Case management, benefits enrollment, housing navigation, and mentorship.
Center-based day program and in-home respite care for autistic youth ages 12–24 and their family caregivers. Funded through regional center vendorization.
Modular campus with 15 container units. Six trade sectors: construction, solar, plumbing, cosmetology, nursing/healthcare, auto/mechanic. Wage progression $18–$28+/hour.
Dual heat relief and hygiene hubs serving youth May–September. Solar-powered, no-turn-away protocol during heat emergencies.
