In 2024, 34% of all heat-related deaths in the Las Vegas Valley were people experiencing homelessness — yet only one 24/7 cooling center serves the entire region. When temperatures exceed 115°F and the sidewalk becomes a griddle, there is nowhere to go. Transcend Nodes are built to change that.

Transcend Node LV-1 is a solar-powered modular cooling and hydration station deployed in Las Vegas's highest-need corridors. Staffed daily, the Node provides immediate relief — cold water, shade, hygiene supplies, and a human connection — while linking people to services and a pathway forward.

Node LV serves as the gateway hub for all Transcend Nevada operations.

Why a Mobile Node

The Node sits on a modular container chassis — fully mobile, no permanent foundation required. That means it can move to wherever the heat is hitting hardest, week to week. A heat wave spikes in one corridor? We move the Node there. A new encampment forms near the freeway? We're there within 24 hours. Fixed infrastructure can't do that. We can.
