The Process
Stable housing for young adults ages 18–24. Shared household model with case management, wraparound support, and a safe base to build from.
Digital Skills Center access, OSHA-10 certification, and financial literacy training. Building the foundation every trade career requires.
Hands-on trades training with real-world skill development. Construction is the anchor trade — building the foundation for every career that follows.
Direct job placement support followed by 6–12 months of follow-up. We don't close the file at graduation.

Trade Tracks
Building real, credentialed pathways out of foster care and housing instability — through the skilled trades and the digital economy.
Foundational skills for the built environment. The anchor trade of the Trades Campus — framing, finishing, site safety, and beyond.
Clean energy installation and maintenance. One of the fastest-growing trades in California, with strong union and contractor pathways.
Essential infrastructure trade with strong union pathways. Residential and commercial plumbing, pipefitting, and systems work.
A licensed trade with real entrepreneurial potential. State-board credentialed, with pathways to salon ownership and independent practice.
CNA and healthcare entry pathways. A direct route into one of California's most stable and in-demand career sectors.
Automotive service and repair. Diagnostic skills, maintenance, and hands-on shop work building real careers in the automotive industry.
